Salut à tous,
une salade de chou blanc cru avec du jambon, du comté et de la mayonnaise.
Pour commencer la veille émincer le chou. Le mettre dans un saladier avec un peu de sel et arroser de vinaigre de cidre. Filmer et laisser au réfrigérateur. Si vous le pouvez remuer à deux ou trois reprise dans la journée.
Le lendemain couper le jambon et le comté et mélanger avec la mayonnaise.
Ajouter le chou égoutté, bien mélanger et c'est prêt.
