Salut à tous,
Une recette toute simple de tournedos grillé au gingembre, avec un wok de légumes.
Les légumes sont sautés rapidement à feu très vif et déglacés avec un peu de sauce soja. Ils doivent rester bien croquants.
Le tournedos est lui juste grillé, au moment de servir râper du gingembre frais sur le tout.
Normalement le tournedos est taillé dans le filet, c'est donc une viande très tendre qui ne doit pas être trop cuite.
