You are so very right. They can be destroyed or at least contained by the pen. The Song of Angels series I write is about one such black project, the Pillars of the Sky, the DADADS( Defense Asset Detect and Destroy System), the Vortexes. The military did not know about this at all. Things that looked like huge tornadoes but were perfectly strait, a column, had A.I. and could make more of themselves. Perhaps I did the wrong thing writing Song of Angels but the situation was so bad, I became sarcastic. What is funny, is they even quashed it on steemit here.

This where the power line was run through it in the summer of 2010 and the blast area when it self destructed in February of 2015, where I was nuked by the explosion along with my wife, and where I was stupid enough to go to take this picture in a radioactive area, sorry couldn't get more pictures, almost died
