Lower the employee wage of CLAYBOYN by 5%

Proposal:
Lower the employee wage of Sps Dao community manager CLAYBOYN from 60'000 USDT to 57'000 USDT, that is 5%, starting from 1st of January 2024.

Reasons:
1st spamming of proposals board.
2nd poor Sps validatornode development performance.
3rd poor communication with Sps shareholder cryp71x.

Who am I:
My handle is cryp71x. I am a big shareholder, who owns more than 4M Sps. I like the direction in which the Splinterlands company is heading very much. Rebellion edition and Land 1.5 implementation make me very happy. But that is none of my business. The Sps Dao so, is my business, and the direction in which the Sps Dao is heading makes me worried.
