Pottery and gardens

in #travellast year
Having a few hours to kill around Bendigo in the late afternoon led us to the Bendigo Pottery and the Botanical Gardens.
The pottery was interesting with art sculptures scattered around the exterior and inside along with the rows of crockery, vases etc. that had been produced on site, there were also displays of old pottery kilns which I found more interesting.
After a brief look around the pottery, we made our way to the Botanical Gardens. It had been raining most of the day, so there was a lot of water lying around, making nice reflections of the trees in the underlying water. It was all lush and green, with the gardens set in a quiet area making it a very tranquil place to enjoy a walk.
On my next post I will show some of the flowers that were blooming at the time.
