When I learnt about MrBeast's team trees programme. It got me thinking: I want to plant trees too. But I want to do it for free.
So I did some searching, and found a search engine called Ecosia. The idea is that Ecosia pools all the ad revenue generated from showing search ads and uses it to plant trees. (for the skeptics: Ecosia monthly financial report).
Result-wise, the quality is not too poor. In some cases I would say Ecosia gives better results than DuckDuckGo. But that's just my opinion.
