I like it too.I knew some Kiev metro stations but I only remember that there were small stores today I don't know if they exist. I seem to remember one on the Nieper. Stores at the station may not exist today but the station is still there.
The one you remember is probably Dnipro (the name of Dniiper river in Ukrainian).
