Blue skies at last...
While mainland Europe has been basking in blazing heat, the weather in the UK has been pretty awful.
In fact, I think it might go down as one of the worst summers in recent memory.
Us Brits love to blab on about the weather but it's for good reason - it's because it constantly pisses us off.
You can't make any plans for outdoor activities in the UK as you never know what the weather's going to be like. You can pretty much guarantee that when you plan that big bbq get-together in late July, it'll piss it down! Plans for the beach...? Forget it.
I'm not trying to make light of the horrible situation in parts of Europe where there have been terrible forest fires and suffering in unbearable heat. But it's bonkers that a few hundred miles away it'll be cloudy and raining here in Britain (constantly).

It was very hot here in Pakistan too, but the weather is getting better and it is raining for the last few days.
We've had plenty of rain here for sure
I can recall one summer in the UK we had about 7 days of sunshine and it does suck. I suppose this is why most Brits go on holiday so often to escape the misery.
Yes, nothing has changed (yep, we go on holiday or pack our bags and move to somewhere hot and sunny like S.Africa, right?!)
