I read a news published in APN NEWSTBS NEWS about gold mining in Uganda. This news has fascinated me and surprised everyone in the world. Gold can change people's destiny. This time gold is going to change the fate of the poor people of Uganda. A Chinese gold refining company has discovered a gold mine in Uganda. The idea is that the gold mine is huge. Uganda's Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources says the mine has at least 31 million tonnes of ore gold reserves. Just think how big this gold mine is. Such a large mine would boost Uganda's economy.

The current market value of gold in the mine is $ 12 trillion. This is a huge amount of money that will make Uganda's economy stronger. This will create various jobs around the mine. The ore gold exploration and gold refining company said it would create jobs for 3,000 people. This $12 trillion will create a huge amount of foreign exchange reserves in Uganda's central bank, which will increase the value of Ugandan currency. All Ugandans will enjoy the benefits of this gold mine in different ways.

Uganda is a poor country. The daily income of the people of this country is very little. Behind this is the economic decline of this country. The country's economy has been weakened by civil wars at various times. 41% of the population of this country has an income of $ 1.9. Just think how hard the people of this country live. The hope was that gold would change the fate of the people of Uganda.

Thanks for reading

Best regards

I hope that the Ugandan government have negotiated good terms favorable to the country including keeping environmental standards. I'm not sure of the Wagagai gold mining company but plenty of Chinese companies tend to import their own Chinese labor and engineering staff and unfairly bypassing the local talent pool.

China's technology and huge manpower are spread all over the world. How can I tell how honest they are. But Uganda's local influence must be taken into account.

I have always hear about gold mine but at times I find it hard to believe whether it is actually true though

Seems worlds all news papers published the news. It is true
