Is Ionomy, A Featured PeakD Wallet, Stealing From It's Customers?

Apparently it is - and it is not being discussed anywhere on PeakD that I can find.

I attempted to withdraw BTC from Ionomy on Saturday and it never went through, but it's out of my wallet - gone into cyberspace...

I have been using Ionomy since 2020 with no problems till today. Upon researching this, I find people who have posted about this on PeakD and have been waiting to receive their BTC for 2 months. I have posted to Discord and the chat - no response yet.

https://peakd.com/hive-167922/@gabe.radke/is-ionomy-stealing-from-their-customers from January, and upon further research I found Telegram groups where people have not gotten their BTC for 2 months.

What are the alternatives? And how does one get Ionomy removed from the Wallets page of PeakD?

Tested from my side of the pond, does not work using 2FA "Username, password, 2FA code or reCAPTCHA is invalid!" goes into a loop this never happened a couple of months ago.....

Going back on record keeping requested statement 2023 only received partial statement 2020, no updates on X formerly Twitter since 2021 either.

their captcha has always been terrible but even if you could get in it wouldn't matter because they apparently are not processing withdrawals. It was a poor design to begin with because if you use 2FA the captcha needs to be on a separate page. The amount of time that it took to complete the captcha was far longer than a 2FA code lasts.

Always a run around with captcha, fortunately I never left anything in the account for long, mostly in/out movement within a day or two.

you were smart. There are a lot of people that are screwed because they parked their stuff there for too long. I only had a bit in there, but it appears as though I am not going to be able to get it back out at all. Sucks!

Inconvenience of modern era, ongoing research, let others know, so thanks!

Does @peakd have some contact information/ information about people operating @ionomy ?
