They are offering for free an entry level cyber security course and a free exam to the first 1 million people wanting to join the fields and gain some knowledge about CyberSecurity

On previous article I talked about me doing the Google CyberSecurity course on coursera, I am on the path of completing that course soon and on my way to get my first compTia certification in 2024, that is when I discovered the CC certification online by ISC2 and I thought I might do that in parallel as a lot of the material is the same.
I don't think the ISC2 is designed to get you a job, but more show that you have some basic understanding of security in IT system compare to other certs and courses which go more in depth and have practical lessons as well.
I still believe it is worth doing as a small milestone on the cyber security path and having a first cert for free I say why not spend the time and do it.
