Another use case of blockchain is going back to your previous posts and check what your goals were. I like it because you know for sure that the date is right and that you haven't changed what was written in this block.
Today I went back to my previous post:

It talks about me working towards completing the Google Cyber security Certificate from Coursera, I started the course on the 13th of February so exactly 3 months from now.
My original goal was to complete it by the 21st of April in order to reduce my cost for the course but I am a bit late. Today I am about to complete the 6th course out of 8.
There is still one full course about programming in python for automating cyber security tasks which shouldn't take me long and the final course a smaller and should only take a day.
From my original post :
"My current goal is to complete 5/8 courses by the 21st of March and 8/8 by 21st of April"
So about a month out, right now I am nearly 6/8 (one module to do today) and 8/8 by the end of May for sure.
Since I still have a chance to complete everything by the 21st of May which is my renewal date, I will squeeze in the hours during the coming weeks to get that done.
That is my weekly challenge to complete before the end Monday(20th).
I would still be happy with my progress in the end, doing the certification within 4 months on the side. It would be possible to do it in less time if you were going to go full time on it.
Anyway blockchain can be a great way to keep yourself accountable, especially when you don't mind your goals being public, maybe we could create an App to hold our goals on HIVE.
