There was a really suspicious, and perhaps illegal, arrest of patriot front members over in Kootenai county, Idaho. To many on the right, the patriot front reeked of Glowies. Antifa and Nazi watchers have been documenting them for some time, and some of the leaks suggests, although not explicitly stated, they were controlled by glowies at the local level. Among those arrested were their founding member Thomas Rousseau, another interesting member is O'Leary. It is just now that I discovered that the sheriff released their home addressed to the public. Apparently 31 of them were traveling in a single uhaul, in masks, and inside the u-haul were shields. Their press release of the police say that someone say some 20 people get in a u-haul wearing mask. , that the report didn't come from an informant. but you have a police officer on scene that said they had informants in the group. ~~~ embed:1535743403933179905 . As violent as black bloc antifa is, it is not unusual for people that antifa has differences with, to carry helmets, pepper spray, helmets, etc as defensive items-less they end up like Andy Ngo. In fact the police admit that there were already people at the gay rally holding guns, but that it wasn't illegal for them to carry them in Idaho. So guns are legal, but shields apparently aren't. Go figure!
Apparently the government may be looking into creating a court ruling where bringing shields to a rally is probable cause for an arrest. So it isn't just about the glowie patriot front, it is about trying to arrest the proud boys, patriot prayer, and others, for daring to have a rally/protest where antifa, who is never prosecuted, may be present. Another issue is that a false arrest would effectively unmask the patriot front. Some of their members actually do engage in non-violent petty crimes that could be categorized as federal hate crimes, some demanded their activity be fully documented fully knowing this. Nonetheless, no corrective steps were implemented to purge what is clearly the weakest link-despite the national leader publicly being paranoid about anything that could catch attention of the feds. Cough, Glowie, Glowie, Glowie. Not surprisingly there has been leaks. The feds may have partnered with an inept local police force for the purpose of unmasking them, to connect them to unsolved federal hate crimes....which might have been acts of entrapment. So it might be a misdemeanor for now, but for a few of them it could be a lot worse situation if they are indicted at the federal level.
There are no good guys in what is now a legal controversy between the federal government and the glowie wignat patriot front group. What is in jeopardy is the right to have bad/wrong ideas, the right to peacefully assemble, and the right to self-defense. If the whole outcome of this controversy is controlled by the fed, then I can assure you that the civilians will lose. Many of them are still in jail, despite bond being set at a mere $300. What kind of legal representation can they really expect?
The case is definitely something that ordinary people need to pay attention to. Sure a ruling in Idaho may not mean squat in say Hawaii [or some other state], but Hawaii could look to Idaho for guidance and accept it, followed by another, and another.
Anyways, people can start to search if these people might really be glowies if they are able to determine if person A is person A from state x,y, or z. Antifa is really good at doing this kind of research; they probably can get their mugshots too from an open records request. Eventually the truth will be found.

I don't disagree with you on principal; I'm just not sugarcoating what the government does. Also it shifts the burden away from me, and back onto the sheriff, the legislature, and the courts-and particularly the feds.
