The Centro Naval is a club that has been around since 1882, so much more than 100 years. So it has a great history and a lot of anecdotes, celebrities and who knows how many other things that I have no idea. Today it is one of the oldest clubs in this country and with a lot of activities.
It has always been and is a very well known place among the people of the city for its restaurant, in the old cantina or bodegón style. In its beautiful dining room you are greeted by an order of waiters who serve you like a king. Their dishes are very abundant and the dishes are delicious. It is a place that works almost every day of the year at night and I don't know if on weekends during the day as well.
But besides being known for its huge dining room to enjoy great meals, it also has a wide variety of activities to offer. Mainly it has a lot of cultural offerings, concerts, art works and modeling shows.
Inside the club you can find a lot of services for all its members such as hairdressing, tailoring, also has baths and saunas which can be booked by calling one of the club's interns very easily. The club also has a library, which by the way is a beautiful place like the rest of the building.

Something that really caught my attention were the pantheons. A club with pantheons I had never heard of, and this is only for life members who have room to place their remains in a niche, I calculate that those who are there must be members of the force beyond their membership in the club.
They have huge rooms of the same dimensions of the restaurant, which can be rented to set up any type of private event for those who are members or attached to a member. This venue also has only two sports activities which are martial arts, AIkido and Kung-Fu.
This is the central office located in Florida and Cordoba Avenue and it is one of the oldest and the one with less activities. In the other branches, such as Vicente Lopez, their activities and sports offer are very large and they also have nautical activities. The truth is that this visit I made to the club was to tour it and admire its architecture and history.
I have great admiration for the old buildings of the city, their stories and above all for the art that perpetuates year after year and many times we do not give it any value and they are there, every day in the street on the stairs in every corner of the place.

El Centro Naval, es un club que tiene muchísimos años no hice la cuenta pero existe desde 1882 asique mucho más de 100 años. Osea que tiene una gran historia y por allí pasaron infinidad de anécdotas, celebridades y vaya a saber cuantas cosas mas que no tengo idea. Hoy en día es uno de los clubes por llamarlo de algún modo con más antigüedad en este país y con infinidad de actividades.
Siempre fue y es un lugar muy conocido entre las personas de la ciudad por su restaurante, al estilo antiguo tipo cantina o bodegón. En donde con su bello comedor te reciben una orden de mozos te atienden como a un rey. Sus platos son muy abundantes y los platos deliciosos. Es un lugar que trabaja casi todos los días del año por la noche y no sé si los fines de semana por el día también.
Pero además de ser conocidos por su inmenso comedor para que disfrutemos de grandes comidas, También tiene una amplísima variedad de actividades para ofrecer. Principalmente tiene mucha oferta cultural, conciertos, obras de arte y muestras de modelismo.
Dentro del club te podes encontrar con una inmensidad de servicios para todos sus socios como por ejemplo, peluquería, sastrería, también tiene baños y saunas los cuales se reservan llamando a uno de los internos del club muy fácilmente. El club también cuenta con una biblioteca, que por cierto es un lugar hermoso al igual que el resto del edificio.
Algo que me llamó mucho la atención son los panteones. Un club con panteones nunca había escuchado, y esto es solamente para los socios vitalicios los cuales tiene lugar a poder poner en un nicho sus restos, calculo que quienes estén allí deben ser miembros de la fuerzas más allá de su membresía en el club.
Tienen unos salones inmensos de las mismas dimensiones del restaurante, los cuales se pueden alquilar para armar cualquier tipo de evento privado para quienes sean socios o adheridos a algún socio. Esta sede además cuenta con solo dos actividades deportivas que son artes marciales, AIkido y Kung-Fu.
Está por ser la sede central ubicada en Florida y Av. Córdoba es una de las más antiguas y de las que menos actividades tiene. En las otras sedes como por ejemplo Vicente Lopez, sus actividades y oferta deportiva son muy grande además tiene actividades náuticas. La verdad que esta visita que hice al club fue para recorrerlo y poder admirar su arquitectura e historia.
Tengo gran admiración por los edificios antiguos de la ciudad, sus historias y sobre todo por el arte que perpetúa año tras año y muchas veces no le damos valor alguno y están ahí, todos los días en la calle en las escaleras en cada rincón del lugar.
