My parents went on a trip and it was several days, there is Chocolate, who is my parents' dog and he is a little big now so I was staying at his house this past week. The truth is, I love my parents' house. It's not my house where I grew up. A few years after I left home, they sold and bought others that were a little smaller and remodeled it to leave it the way they wanted and the truth is it is beautiful. I always tell them that it looks like a storybook movie. None of them is an architect but it seems like they were, because they remodeled the house they made it practically new but in reality they made some small modifications that changed the house completely and it seems 100 times bigger but it's still the same dimensions, that's just it. can be done by someone who knows or clearly has an imagination that I will never be able to do.

The thing is that in short my parents have a very comfortable grill and a park and as soon as they found out that I had the house in my care my cousins told me to get together right away. Whenever we get together we cook together, sometimes one and the other because we all like it, except that the only gastronomic person is me. And this time, the boys put on the 10 and came home. The only thing they told me on the phone was, buy a bag of charcoal and a small wooden box for the fire, we'll take care of the rest. So I let them take care of all that, I didn't even buy a beer. But in my favor when they came I was waiting for them with a drink to receive them.
When they arrived I was surprised that we were going to eat grilled pizza. I love grilled pizza, I think I like it more than any other style. The boys put their things away, we had a drink in the back and chatted for a few minutes. When the drink was finishing, they brought all the elements to the back and on a little table back there they began to assemble the dough to make a first rise and while that was happening they made the sauce and prepared everything that the chef was going to need to have everything ready and cut, as we say in the jargon, the mise en place. Mozzarella cut, sauce prepared, ingredients to put on top prepared, all that was left was to have another sip and enjoy the beautiful company.

The truth is, the pizzas were incredible, the guys have a great hand at cooking. I love it. But actually what I like most is sharing with them. They are great people with whom we have spent many years, and I don't know if this happens to them, but they are people with whom we understand each other with a single glance and burst out laughing. We have thousands of shared anecdotes, some good and others not so good, but which we also laugh at today. We are very close, luckily, and I say luckily, because it's like having friends that you've known all your life and you also know your family, so there's a little bit of a closer bond that doesn't usually happen much.

De Casero con los Primos
Mis viejos se fueron de viaje y fueron varios días, está Chocolate, que es el perro de mis viejos y ya esta un poco grande así que me estuve quedando en su casa esta semana que pasó. La verdad la casa de mis viejos a mi me encanta. No es mi casa donde yo me crié. A los años que yo me fui de casa ellos vendieron y se compraron otras un poco más chicas y la remodelaron para dejarla como ellos querían y la verdad es hermosa. Yo siempre les digo que parece una película de cuentos. Ninguno de lodos es arquitecto pero parece que si lo fueran, porque remodelaron la casa la hicieron prácticamente nueva pero como que en realidad hicieron algunas pequeñas modificaciones que cambiaron la casa completamente y parece 100 veces más grande pero sigue siendo las mismas dimensiones, eso solamente lo puede hacer alguien que sabe o claramente que tiene una imaginación que yo nunca podré para eso.
La cosa es que en resumidas cuentas mis viejos tienen una parrilla y un parque muy cómodos y apenas se enteraron que tenía la casa a mi cuidado mis primos me dijeron para juntarnos enseguida. siempre que nos juntamos cocinamos entre todos a veces unos y otras otros porque a todos nos gusta, solo que el único gastronómico soy yo. Y Esta vez, los chicos se pusieron la 10 y se vinieron a casa. Lo único que me dijeron por teléfono fue, comprate una bolsita de carbón y un cajoncito de madera para que el fuego este, del resto nos ocupamos nosotros. Asique deje que se ocuparan ellos de todo eso, ni una cerveza compre. Pero a mi favor cuando vinieron los estaba esperando con un traguito para recibirlos.
Cuando llegaron me encontré con la sorpresa de que íbamos a comer pizza a la parrilla. Amo la pizza a la parrilla, creo que me gusta más que cualquier otro estilo. Los chicos acomodaron sus cosas, nos tomamos el traguito atrás en el fondo y charlamos unos minutos. Cuando se iba terminando el traguito, trajeron todos los elementos al fondo y en una mesita ahi atras se pusieron a armar la masa para hacer un primer levado y mientras eso pasaba fueron haciendo la salsa y preparando todo lo que el chef iba a necesitar para tener todo listo y cortado, como le decimos en la jerga, la mise en place. Muzzarella cortada, salsa preparada, ingredientes para poner encima preparados, no quedaba más que tomar otro traguito y disfrutar de la hermosa compañía.
La verdad las pizzas estaban increíbles, los guachos tienen una re mano para cocinar. me encanta. Pero en realidad lo que más me gusta es compartir con ellos. Son grandes personas con las que compartimos hace muchos años además no se si les pasa pero son personas con las que nos entendemos con una sola mirada y nos estallamos de risa. Tenemos miles de anécdotas compartidas, algunas buenas y otras no tanto, pero de las cuales hoy también nos reímos. Somos muy unidos por suerte, y digo por suerte, porque es como tener amigos que te conoces de toda la vida y además conoces y conoces tu familia también entonces hay como un lazo un poco más estrecho que no suele pasar mucho.
