Now i want to share about my experience eating Nasi Bakar that really tasty and savouri.
I dont really know about this restaurant. But, by looking so many restaurant with same name in my town i can guess that this restaurant is franchise.
But, this time i am enjoying food in Fusia Restaurant in mall near my house. As far as i remember Fusia Restaurant it's in every big mall in my town.
As usual in every restaurant, we need to pick where to sit down and yeah we are very loved sitting near window. Even though it is very hot outside and we are still get the warm weather from outside. But it is still cool because we are inside and using the Air Conditioner there.
After we are sitting down like always we are need to pick what we are eating. And as usual, i am just go according to my wife appetite. I love eating Javanese food and i know there is no Shrimp menu so i think it is okay. I kinda have a little bit allergic and dont like very much about sea food. Especially shrimp. Because yeah i was once taking care of shrimp and knowing what shrimp eat and live. And it kinda disgusting so, thats why i dont like very much eating shrimp.
While waiting the food came after my wife ordered, i am loving to taking picture of my son. But, the older he gets, he was embarrassed to be photographed.
After a while,finally the food is coming. And yeah the smell is very delicious. And in this menu my wife ordered the package from Nasi Bakar that means roasted rice combined with fish filled inside and wrapped with banana leaf. That makes the rice is very very delicious. And the other packages are couple of fried tofu, corn fritters,fish crispy,roast chicken,and roasted beef, also some fresh vegetables.
And don't forget with the fresh drink.I am ordered Ice coconut Orange. This drink is very fresh. But, yeah every restaurant always too sweet for me.
So this drink is basically just orange squash but given by coconut inside, so its adding some freshnesh. Ahhh almost forgot i think in this drink they combine with coconut water a little bit also, i feels fresh after drink it. But, the main problem about this drink is too sweet. I am not fan of sweet.
Also, we got a little bit spicy soup with corn and some sour vegetable there to reduce the savoury tastes in our food. Talking about the balance in our meal. This packaged meal is really complex and healthy in my opinion. The vegetables can reduce the sugar spike. But, the only problem is with the drink. Maybe next time i will order with some sugarless drink.
And talking about sweet. Look what my son ordered. He is very like drinking sweet. Yeah sometimes i allowed him drinking sweet in restaurant. Because he need energy while strolling in mall. Sugar rush can adding some energy to spend inside mall right. But, when talking about usual, i am not allowing more sweet drink or too much sugar in his daily meal. Also i am limiting his milk drink. I will only allowed drink Milk around 1 glass contain 250ml/day if he want to.
After all set now,we pray first and then lets dig in.
So this is the looks like of the rice. The roasted rice is very delicious and the tuna fish aromatic is really yummy. And the tastes is great.
And what makes me happy more is my son loves the tastes of the food. And he learning to eating himself. I know it is hard get used to using spoon and fork together. But, after repeated so many times i think he kinda getting used it.
This tofu is really really amazing. I am a tofu lovers and i can say in this restaurant the tofu is one of the best. Crispy outside and juicy inside. Combined with rice will make the best combination.
And don't forget about the roasted beef. It is really tender and juicy inside. The composition for spices and seasoning is very fit in.
After we are all done eating. The last my wife ordered desserts.
The last for desserts is mixed fruit ice desserts. So this desserts is combination of coconut oil,ice,fruit like avocado and jackfruit with condensed milk and some milk. Yeah for me this desserts is very very sweets. I dont like it too much but still i can enjoy this desserts. i just trying two or three scoop then i gave it to my wife. And she is sharing with my son. But, yeah i still suggesting to eating in this restaurant if you are in Indonesian or even in my city Surabaya. There are so many places in my city you can search it in Google maps though.
Overall of this restaurant is really really good. Many menu you can try it. And this is just reviewing one packaged only. Our stomach are full after eating this packaged.
