Just right at the back of our house is the subdivision Villa Luz. It's been there for more than 10 years already and still hasn't opened yet because of so many unresolved issues between the owner and the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Land Use Regulatory office and the Registry of Deeds. Suffice to say the owner needs to cough up tens of millions of pesos just to settle back taxes which the family does not want to pay. Meanwhile that all these are ongoing the subdivision remains unopened, unsold and unused. It has now become a place where people, especially from the adjacent subdivision, can enjoy free, open and unpolluted space to exercise mornings and afternoons.
Aside from the free use of the space for working out, I am witness to the unending and ever-changing display of celestial spectacles everyday. The view of the open skies and clouds against the backdrop of the tall trees bordering Villa Luz at the far end are quite awesome and sight to behold. The following photos will tell you exactly what I mean. These were taken during different days, mostly in the afternoon.
Jogging is indeed quite exhilarating when you feel so close to nature. The celestial wonders do make you want to fly towards them and wallow in their glory and magnificence. The photo below is my favorite and my entry to this Round.
