Celebrating SIX Magical Years of Splinterlands
Hello and welcome to this celebratory post about my journey in this game as a weekly directive update.
I first came across Splinterlands in its infancy when it was still being called Steem Monsters.
This was before the assets were created and there was a logo design contest which I was excited about and created a few gnarly concept letters.
I never submitted my concepts for that contest, but I have joined in once or twice in the weekly art submissions on my OG account.
If you are new to the community, you can expect rewards for participating in the social side of the game on hive generating content and talking about the game with other players.

Being Early Paid Off in the last Bullrun
I didn't buy Beta packs until much later after there were already some rewards being processed but I do consider myself a veteran in this space.
I used to play religiously and have considered rejoining the ranks of daily players but at this moment my playstyle reflects a weekly cycle of Guild Brawls for about 100 SPS per month and 2k Merits.
In six years, I have been able to accrue a total of 3.5k SPS staked from my original investment. This is worth $42 HBD meanwhile I have a low Silver Ranking Deck worth around $75 and I am renting a few cards out as well.
With this stake and my Brawl rewards I Earn about 130 SPS per month and an additional 210 DEC from rentals.
This is a total earnings of $1.73 HBD per month with minimal time invested moving forward into this new bullrun.
New players should be buying at this low market
Right now, the card prices are at an all-time low so it's a great time to join or strategize for better gameplay.
If you are a new player, you can also earn creating content and use those rewards to build your deck.
I check the markets whenever I can to see if there are any good deals that can be flipped for a profit or possibly rented.
Outside of the gameplay there are collector strategies that also give the assets value to consider.
Once you have a solid understanding of gameplay then you can join a guild and contribute to team growth.

I only play the Guild Brawls at this time. I havent been able to get a good ROI from ranked gameplay in a longtime. Has there been any replacements for the free Ultimate Splinterlands Bot?
I have not used the Bot for a longtime
