Friendly greetings to all my friends throughout the universe. On this day as a Contribution I made a FungiFriday Callenge by @ewkaw The First Mushroom I Found as a Mushroom Hunter. Friends, as hunters of course there are always obstacles and challenges. However, everything can happen because there is a strong will.
The wind blew gently in my footsteps while hunting. The weather was also very hot and sweat started pouring out. I found this fungus growing on the roots of a palm tree. I initially thought this was not a mushroom plant. Because it doesn't look like mushrooms are growing like I usually find. Then I approached him and looked carefully. It turned out to be a very unique mushroom that I had never found while mushroom hunting.
Maybe this fungus is called Phaeolus schweinitzii. The fungus Phaeolus schweinitzii is a species of fungus from the order Polyporales in the family Fomitopsidaceae. This mushroom is also commonly known as velvet mushroom, dye polypore, dye mazegill, or pine dye polypore. The color is brownish with a dark brown center, with orange to pale edges in young specimens.
Thank you very much to Caregivers of the FungiFriday Challenge by @ewkaw and all friends. Best wishes always.
I like seeing the mushrooms that you found, apart from being unique, the color is also beautiful
