It is currently very sad to see the price of Hive at around 30 cents. Last month the price was around 40 cents and it dropped drastically and now again at 30 cents. I'm not sure when it will recover back and go to new heights. We all expected Bitcoin Halving to have some impact on the price of some altcoins but there was other war news that dropped the price of coins in the market. I don't know what is keeping the alt season from happening, but hopefully, 2025 should be the best year for the crypto pump. In the last few Halving events that has been the pattern.
I'm happy to share that I was able to power up 200 Hive today on the occasion of Hive Power-up Day. Thankfully I did not forget this day and I was able to participate. Today was a very busy day and I forgot about HPUD and was going to publish a regular article on a different topic but then I found some time and I was able to do the power up and write this article.
In my previous articles, I said that my power-up value has reduced a little bit now because I have started focusing on other altcoins for investment. I did some bad trades and lost some money in that too. There were a few trades that also became a trap for me locking my funds for a high bought price. I guess I have to wait for a lot more time to recover from that loss. In the crypto world, we need a lot of patience. So far below is my power-up data on Hive.
I have already decided that this year there will be no big power-ups but I might change my mind in the coming months if I see any benefit for it. 30 cents is also a good price right now to purchase Hive and hold it but I'm not sure how long we have to hold to see a good pump and sell them.
The above stats are one of the best things we get on Hive. This will show the author rewards and the curation rewards I receive on Hive. I'm able to see a good increase in the curation rewards I get. Compared to last month the value is not looking good but I guess we have to also consider the price of Hive. The author's reward value was also close to 300 $ last month and this month it appears to be similar. I guess this is a decent one because both combined it is around 500 dollars. The best thing here is my investment. I have been staying invested for a very long time and I'm also trying to be very consistent with my power-up activities.
This data is from my other account. I'm starting to wonder if the data is correct or not. A month before last month I did write an article on that account and received author rewards. Last month I couldn't write any articles on that account. Mostly it will either be tutorials or technical blogs on that account. But anyway it appears to be a decent growth in the account value there as well. This is where my Hive witness is operated from.
Overall I hope the price of Hive should improve and be much better so that we can all dream of some good things for Hive. I hope it happens soon.

I believe the year is still young, we not even half way and usually from what I have seen take some time for the halving to take affect besides looks like war and other world wide events are part of the halving cycle, will Hive go up I think thats a yes eventually, to $3 I have no clue but I think $1 is very probable this cycle, I think those who daily sell Hive realize selling at this prices is shooting on their own foot so I doubt Hive creates a new all time low unless we see a drastic change on the market, I dont feel whats going on is critical, I just keep trying to make content and friends on Hive 😀💪
