With a "civil" trial, what grounds do they have to kidnap him and extradite him?
This is completely unusual, and blatantly wrong.
A civil trial, they send a big pack of paper, and then you respond.
You have your lawyers contact their lawyers, then they work out what will be in the lawsuit…
You do not go nab someone off the street in a foreign country for this.
I really wish we had a way to vote the people that do this out of a job.
But no, we have to elect a president/governor, who will be heavy handed enough to fire people, practically gutting a gov't entity.
We really should have a way of directly stopping abuses we see.
