Hello my Hivers friends, I hope you are feeling very well and your days are full of gratifying moments. I have had some very special days, one of those that have their load or dose of happiness, brightness, color and are like refreshment for the soul. They have been full of joy as well as good moments and details among friends and family.
Last Saturday was a very, very special day, since my daughter Liza was born 5 years ago on May 4th and how not to celebrate the wonderful gift of her life, she has filled my life as well as that of her sister and everyone in her family. Joy, she is such a tender, sweet girl with a special grace, wherever she goes she gains the affection and attention of people for her charismatic and friendly way of being at her age.
In short, I tell you that on the occasion of celebrating my daughter's 5th birthday, we worked on making her celebration a reality with the theme of a comic; a character from many years ago that my mother, aunt and uncles watched in her childhood, I also enjoyed each episode in my childhood, today with my little ones, and well, this is "Candy, Candy"; is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Kyoko Mizuki with a melodramatic story of an orphan girl who grew up in an orphanage that makes you shed tears, moves hearts and makes you laugh before the adventures of Candy and her friends. This became the character of her liking and preference, she loves every episode of this story, at her young age it makes her reflect, sing her opening and closing songs, as well as laugh out loud because she finds certain similarities of the character in her, like they are both blondes with light eyes, charismatic and they like to wink.
As a mom, together with her dad's financial contribution, we managed to celebrate our daughter's birthday. It was up to my hands and creativity to make the piñata and images in relation to this character to make her 5th birthday beautiful and unforgettable. The celebration and/or meeting took place here at home on a very enjoyable afternoon and much of the night where family members, friends and others very close to the family were gathered.
I remember that I was worried in the morning since the day was very cloudy and then rainy, which made it difficult for me to go out and go get the cake; Once the heavy rain stopped a little we went out to buy it. Upon arriving at the bakery I delighted in every delicacy on display. I found a cute and provocative heart-shaped cake in pink tones that was my favorite and my choice to sing the happy birthday song to my little girl.
The night passed between painting faces for the children, candy, party favors and sauces, breaking the piñata and singing the birthday party to enjoy the delicious cake.
Once the party was over, the night was not over yet... Well, we headed as a family to enjoy a reservation that was waiting for us at a new pizzeria in the area where we live, previously we had already tried for the first time how delicious the pizzas are. pizzas here, so it was our second visit, courtesy of his uncle Leo and my dear sister-in-law who, although she is out of the country at the moment, is always attentive and full of love to give to my girls and everyone. At the place the pizza man gave her some fries with ketchup sauce that my girl enjoyed to the fullest. Without a doubt, a wonderful day for her.
When I got home, my girls still had the energy to stay awake with everything and it was already late at night, so they decided to uncover the gifts and see each of the beautiful surprises.
As a mother I can say how wonderful this gift from God is to be able to have daughters and give them love every day, to be able to celebrate every celebration and always be there for them. Family love, the warmth of the family heart are moments and experiences that every child should live, growing up in a home full of tenderness, respect, communication, harmony and surrounded by people who truly love them. Today I thank God for the life of my daughter, who has given us special moments at her side in these 5 years that make us bring out that side of childhood that we carry inside each of us at home to share with her as with her sister. My weekend was illuminated by the smile of my daughter and each of the people who shared with us. I simply feel grateful for what I have, for what I don't have and for what is to come.
