Today I had a really full day. It is Sunday and the weather was almost great, so I began my day by going out for coffee at a beach bar that opened for the summer season. It mostly works on weekends this time of year because it is spring, but it's one of the good ones we have in our area.
Something I never noticed before was a tank full of lobsters. After a bit of searching, I found out that a fresh lobster costs around 90 to 120 euros in Greece. I don't know if this is a good price or not because the prices differ based on where the lobster is fished. At the restaurant, the Pasta with Lobster cost 250 euros for 2 people. I believe that with one lobster, you can make a portion for 4-6 people, so ordering a lobster is a really expensive meal, and I don't believe that what you get is worth what you pay.
After finishing the coffee, it was time to find a place to eat. Although this place wasn't initially on the cards, despite having amazing sushi, we went to another tavern that offers some traditional Greek foods with a variety of skewered meats: pork, chicken, lamb, and different parts of each animal.
The order was as follows: eggplant mashed salad with smoked peppers, which I believe is an amazing starter with some bread or pita to accompany it, while drinking your tsipouro, which I did, of course. Every Greek table needs some cheese salad and one xoriatiki salad, which consists of cucumber, tomato, onion, peppers, and feta cheese, all drizzled with a lot of olive oil. For the main course, we had pork kebab, lamb kebab, pork souvlaki with mpifteki, and to finish off the main course, some lamb ribs, which are the most amazing part of the lamb.
The food was amazing, guys, and the most incredible thing now that the day is over is that I know I spent a full day having a lot of fun with friends. Hope you also had an amazing weekend.

I don't know lobster is so expensive but I will be sad if I buy it and it doesn't blow my mind. Those foods look yummy and you really enjoyed yourself.
Sad is how they keep these poor animals. Packed in a tiny fish tank, stressed to death with their claws tied up...
