I recently had the pleasure of visiting my cousin's home, and let me tell you, there was so much great food in one spot! From the moment I arrived, I was met with a variety of traditional Ghanaian delicacies that I had not tasted in quite some time.

Each day provided a new cuisine adventure as my cousin and his family made sure to feed and give me with their tasty meals. Every meal, from the well-known jollof rice to fufu and light soup, was a delicious delight. The flavours, textures, and fragrances were out of this world. It was a meal that I will never forget.

One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was Ghanaian women's tremendous skill and love for cooking. Every dish was created with love and care, which was evident in every bite.

They take delight in feeding their families and ensuring that there is always enough food in the house.I was overjoyed and grateful to be in such a food-rich atmosphere. I felt like a kid in a store full of candy taking fresh food and flavour combinations with each meal. It was a real celebration of Ghanaian food, and I felt honoured to be a part of it.

My visit ended with a full appetite and a heart full of memories. Ghanaian households are definitely loaded with food of many types, and I am delighted to have witnessed this experience. The love and attention that goes into each meal is unique, and I will treasure those memories forever.

Ghanaian women are very good in cooking really. If I may ask, are you a Ghanaian? There's no doubt you enjoyed your stay with all these different variety of food

I really had a good time.

Visits like this will be remembered forever, we have all heard a lot about Ghanian women and the wonders they do when it comes to cooking.

Have you lived with a lady from Ghana?

I have two Ghanian women in my neighborhood, their kids school in Ghana too so whenever they are around they always talk about Ghana.

They said seeing is believing. I know few Ghanian women here in Nigeria 🇳🇬 that cooks. I was so attached and attracted to the flavors of the beans I buy from them because I love beans. Its so delicious that I make sure to eat it everyday ❤️

You left me wanting to just go into the kitchen with this recipe you shared in mind. Its so appetizing.

Thanks for inspiring us with this recipe dear @mcsamm . Well done 👍

You need fried ripped plantains to the beans. You will love it.

Oh my! This recipe will be my weekend treat. Delicious combination @mcsamm .

Thank you boss for your time and kind words. Lots of blessings and enjoyable weekend 😇🥰❤️
