I knew I had read something by Sarah J. Mass, but I didn't remember what, I assumed it was Throne of Glass, also by the author, and I was quite reluctant to read ACOTAR. However, I read the first full book this year, and although I'm still not 100% sure, I think I read the book a second time. It's strange that I blocked a book like that from my brain. What I remember is that I ended up somewhat annoyed with the story because it did not turn out to be a fantasy book like the ones I was used to reading around that time. Going back in my memory, I spent 4 years with a major reader's block (which, thankfully, I'm over), and going by my memory, I think the last book I read in its entirety was this one. So, was ACOTAR the cause of my reader's block?

La verdad el primer libro estuvo bastante bien para ser la introducción a esta historia. Pero obvio el segundo es el triple de mejor (mi favorito)
Estoy leyendo Alas de Hierro porque no me aguanté. De hecho, ando trasnochada por andar leyendo, jajaja. Pero tengo ansias de leer La rueda del tiempo, así que termino Alas y sigo con mi otra saga. Después sigo con Acotar.

Okay, this review is a little unsettling, that I don't know if to try out this book or not. I'm not a fan of all the "beauty and the beast" sort of storyline but I was looking to give a different genre that my esteemed 'crime/legal thriller' a try.
Maybe I should mention that I'm nursing a block even. With that, what do you think? Should I proceed with reading this or just let it sit??😅
