Healthy snacks for my break time

Time and increasing age are two things that cannot be separated. No one knows the age limit that God has given us as humans, but because no one knows, I feel like I shouldn't waste my life by giving up. It's been more than 30 years since I invested a lot of unhealthy and instant food into my body and little by little I improved my lifestyle, for example when I was still smoking and it turned out that after I got married and woke up in the morning I was always coughing and after I stopped I smoked some time later and I no longer had the cough.

Then food won't taste good if it doesn't taste spicy, but maybe because I consume too much spicy food and I experience hemorrhoids, until now I have started to reduce my consumption of spicy food so that my hemorrhoids don't recur again, because it's really torturous. And there are many more of my food and lifestyle patterns that are a little bad and I am starting to feel the impact now.

Not wanting to continue to get lost, I started little by little and made a process of starting a healthy life, although I admit that I still often consume unhealthy food, but everything needs a process and I am happy that I gradually started to live a healthy life. And one of my healthy menus at the moment is to start consuming a lot of fruit and combining it with various other healthy foods so that I don't get bored and of course according to my taste. One of the healthy foods I snack on this afternoon while looking at my garden is making pokat, kweni and a mixture of date juice and it's very easy to make. I will show you how to make it in my recipe.

The materials needed are;

1. 1 ripe avocado

2. 1 spoon of chea shed

3. ½ kweni fruit

4. 1 spoon of date juice

How to make :

1. Add 1 spoon of cheasheed and soak it with a little water in a glass until it thickens

2. Then peel the avocado and cut it according to taste and I cut the avocado into dice

3. After that, peel the kweni fruit, the smell of which really pierces my sense of smell. After I peel it, I wash it so that the kweni sap doesn't hurt my lips. After that, cut into pieces according to taste

4. Finally, smear it with date juice as the final step to complete my healthy snack.

What do all my hive friends think about my recipe? Very easy, right? The problem with the amount of fruit depends on your taste, what is clear is that avocado makes me full and the mixture of cheasheed and sarikurma is the right combination according to my taste, while kweni fruit is a seasonal fruit which is not available all the time but because kweni fruit is still in season and there are some in my refrigerator then I use it for my recipe.
Good luck to all Hive friends in this community. Greetings from Tomi diwirja, Indonesia.
