Guten Abend :)
Der heutige Tag verlief sehr ruhig. Ich habe mir irgendwas eingefangen... Meine Nase läuft wie Forrest Gump (den erwähne ich irgendwie sehr häufig). Ein Besuch im Studio war geplant, das hat sich für mich jedoch erledigt.
Ich habe den Tag mit moderater Bewegung verbracht, vor allem habe ich Wäsche gewaschen und weiter aufgeräumt. Da ich gestern die Möbel umgestellt habe, gab es heute durchaus noch Dinge, die ich wegräumen musste.
Ich hoffe, meine laufende Nase verschwindet schnell. Aktuell kann ich mir keine Krankheit erlauben. :P

Good evening :)
Today was very calm. I've caught something... My nose is running like Forrest Gump (I seem to mention him quite often). I had planned a visit to the gym, but that's off the table now.
I spent the day with moderate activity, mainly doing laundry and continuing to tidy up. Since I rearranged the furniture yesterday, there were certainly things I needed to put away today.
I hope my runny nose disappears quickly. I really can't afford to be sick right now. :P

Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Heute gab es für mich zum Frühstück einen Shake, und am Nachmittag Paella, zu der ich zusätzlich noch Thunfisch hinzugefügt habe, was dann insgesamt eine ziemlich mächtige Portion ergeben hat. Ich werde darüber hinaus heute nichts mehr essen – ich fühle mich immer noch wie ein Rollmops :D
What about the calories?
Today, I had a shake for breakfast, and in the afternoon, Paella, to which I also added tuna, making it quite a hefty portion overall. I won't eat anything else today – I still feel like a pickled herring :D

Ich hoffe du hast den Feiertag gut nutzen können!
Also nicht nur mit Schlepperrei von A nach B, sondern auch mit etwas entspannung. Das Wetter hat ja durchweg dazu eingeladen.
Ansonsten sind die 4k Schritte nicht viel, aber das Defizit steht und da liegt ja der Focus drauf!
Btw was hat sich eigentlicvh aus den Rezepten ergeben ? Stehen die noch auf dem Plan ? :D
