Relaxing and wonderful corners at Wat Chulabhorn Wanaram, in Nakhon Nayok province, Thailand

As you can see from my earlier posts, Wat Chulabhorn Wanaram is beautiful with abundant nature, bamboo tunnels, magnificent Buddha statues, marvelous Ubosot and colorful lanterns, etc.

Apart from these things, if you visit Wat Chulabhorn Wanaram, you will further find out that there are many more wonderful corners that are great for relaxing as well as good for photography.

Even though some of them are man-made, I think they are attractive and fascinating, as you will see below some samples of them….

Man-made waterfall - it’s just a small waterfall, but it makes the area look refreshing and can relax your mind as well.

Man-made tables and chairs - these little chairs were built in cute shapes; i.e. cute little cows in white and black dots and pretty little motorcycles with old style in gray color, etc.

Man-made flowers - these flowers are gorgeous with bright yellow color, lovely pink color and pretty white color.

They decorate beautifully in front of a small wooden building that is located next to the Ubosot, so you can see the impressive lanterns as well.

Man-made golden balls - they are large balls with golden papers on them. They are sacred balls which we call “Luk Nimit”.

Man-made pond - there is a small wooden path that you can walk to the small pond, so you can admire the pond and surrounding nature closely.

There are also some pretty lanterns hanging around in this area and the light of the sun touches them wonderfully.

Man-made wooden building - it’s decorated well with gorgeous lanterns, marvelous stained glass and wonderful plants with a bamboo tunnel and a lot of trees in the background.

These wonderful corners as mentioned above are relaxing corners indeed. I can say that these are not only for humans like us, but even the temple dogs also stay comfortably around these corners; some dogs sleep happily and some dogs enjoy playing together, etc.

As you can see, Wat Chulabhorn Wanaram is a real find indeed…
