Our department which is the CICT are having a ICT Olympics 2024, we are obliged to participate in this event so that we can have fun aside from our academics. All student in our department are divided into 4 Houses the Targaryen, Lannister, Baratheon, and Stark. I belong to House of Lannister, since we are competing to each House, Each Houses have a representative in each Games, like in academics we have Battle of the Brain, Robotics, JavaQuest, Logo Quest and Pitikon, and for the sports we have the Basketball, Volleyballs, and Chess and Mr. and Ms. CICT. Since im not a sports player I joined the LogoQuest Competition I’m the representative for LogoQuest in House of Lannister.
In the First day of our event, we gather in our gym to start the opening program so that we can start our Competition, each participants have a designated Schedule and rooms to compete. So I go to my designated rooms bringing the Gadgets that I need to use for a LogoQuest”Logo Making Contest”. We are instructed to make 2 logos’ in 2hours.
So here are my 1st and 2nd entries guys. The theme of this Logo making contest is “CATALIZING BRILLIANCE: PIONEERING PATH TO TECHNOLOGY EMINENCE.” I’m using Ibis Paint Software to create Digital Drawing, guest what guys, this is my first time competing using Digital Art as you read in my previews Blog, I’m a traditional Artist.
After that as I finish my competition, I go to the gym to watch the Sports because my friends are participating in sport since they are the sports guy. I cheer my Friends in Volleyball and Basketball and our House as well. After the basketball we went home since it was late night already.
In the 2nd day of the event, I’ve watched the ML or Mobile legend tournament then after that the Mr. and Ms. CICT Pageant will start so we gather to cheer our representative.
I can say that all the candidates are very beautiful and handsome as well. They give their best to show their personals skills in the Pageant.
After declaring the winner of the Ms. And Ms. CICT guys it’s time to announce the winners of all the participants in academics and sports competition. We got the 1st Place to Logo Making contest and I’m very happy to know that I got the 1st Place guys because I did not expect to reach in that place because I’m not really confidents in my Digital skill, but I’m very grateful to my professor who pushes me to going in this kind of competition. 1st place not bad for a first timer doing Digital Drawing. I also thank God for giving me this kind of Talent. After that event I went home with a Medal and a Certificate and a smile to my face. That's an amazing skill. I didn't expect that to be a digital art using ibis paint. I could possibly do that but using the available elements on Canva, not by drawing. Good job, @sijhay. You deserve to be on top!
