Greetings friends, I have good news, the hens that had been hatching eggs in their nests, recently managed to have three chicks, unfortunately there are more eggs to hatch, so I could not leave those chicks there, otherwise they would get up from the nest and leave the other eggs.

Well, several months ago, last year, I had more chicks at home and I had to make them an improvised pen with an incandescent bulb so they could stay at home without freezing to death. Well, the bulb that I used to put on them got damaged, so I had to get to work to make another one.

Saludos amigos, tengo buenas noticias, las gallinas que habían estado empollando huevos en sus nidos, hace poco lograron tener tres pollitos, lamentablemente faltan más huevos por eclosionar, así que no podía dejarle esos pollitos allí, de lo contrario se levantarían del nido y dejarían a los otros huevos.

Pues bien, hace varios meses, el año pasado, tuve más pollitos en casa a los que tuve que hacerles un corral improvisado con un bombillo incandescente para que pudieran estar en casa sin morir de frío. Pues ese bombillo que les colocaba se dañó, así que tuve que poner manos a la obra para hacer otro.
I bought my materials for this, which are few, a couple of wires of a guide or one of two guides can serve, the important thing is to have two guides for the positive and negative. You also need a plug and a socket for the bulb.

That's where I left them all, waiting for them to hatch. There are times when they take no more than a few hours to hatch once they start to break the shell, but there are other times when they do take longer than normal, so it is better to keep them out of the nest so that the hen can stay there to hatch the others that are still a long way from hatching.
Allí fue donde los dejé a todos, esperando a que nazcan. Hay ocasiones en que no tardan más de unas horas en salir del cascarón una vez que lo comienzan a romper, pero hay otras ocasiones en que sí, tardan más de lo normal, así que mejor tenerlos fuera del nido para que la gallina se mantenga allí empollando a los otros que aún les falta bastante por nacer.
