I remember reading the saying that as long as you still hold a grudge against someone who said something bad to you or hurt you in the past, you are still a prisoner of that person and still a victim of the deed, even though the other person has forgotten about it a long time ago. That is very true, and that is why it is important to forgive and forget in many situations.

The person who is able to make you lose control of yourself, he is the person that in some way can control you and lead you to places where you do not want to go. The person who makes you so frustrated, or annoyed, that person has a sort of control in your life, because when that person comes onto the stage, you stop being 100% in control yourself.
What can you do about it? Learn to regain the control and not let others control you!
