Actually yes for commenting. Looking at established bloggers who have a loyal following writing daily no.

I think so. I usually get 1 to 4 cent for a comment on steem. There I sometimes get 30 cents plus and on top of that I click the shuffle button and earn hunt tokens at the same time. Workin' for me brother.
