Hey dear community, at the beginning I would like to welcome you all to my new post and hope you had a day that has brought numerous positive experiences into your lives! Today I would like to talk a little about alchemy and hope you can expand your knowledge a little.
Alchemy is considered an old branch of natural philosophy which was very much associated with mystical topics that affect the inner self and from this a separate category has emerged which can also be referred to as inner alchemy and essentially it is about finding different methods or applications that can help to reach this goal. It can also be considered as a process of transformation of the soul which seeks the way to perfection or enlightenment and when it comes to the development of alchemy, these questions of the hidden self or reasons of creation accompany the alchemists since the beginning and are also an important basis when it comes to understanding of practice. An good example is the transformation of base metals into gold, which can also be considered a good metaphor in this regard and it can even be said that the inner alchemy or the transformation process was often more important than the creation of practical goals such as the Philosopher's Stone and it was also of great importance to develop into a divine being and to realize that you yourself are a divine being, which is waiting for the awakening. Even earlier, the alchemists knew that one important key is in one's self and considered the psyche as an important factor in this regard and it was a lot about recognizing hurdles or blockages and then solving them and it can also be considered an important way to find the inner light or achieve complete enlightenment. This process of inner transformation is also closely linked to the Latin words Solve et Coagula which means dissolve and coagulate and in the first steps of inner development it is important to separate the inner self from the physical body and bring it into an awakened state in order to then add it back in a better state. This category was pretty much everywhere important where alchemy was practiced and some of these principles are also closely linked to the hermetic teachings and in every culture where this occult science has traces, there were different methods which, are very similar at its core.
