Today, out of the blue, blackouts started again. More precisely, last night I read that they would happen, but I still didn’t believe that they would actually happen. But they started, and to be honest, deep in my soul I was even happy. We prepared for them so much, we bought several stations and a bunch of rechargeable lamps, I even have a special small reading lamp. In a word, we prepared from all sides. The Internet, in theory, should also work without electricity.
Yesterday I went to the gym and am very pleased with my results, a pleasant pain spreads through my body. Today I’ll go again, and this time I’ll try to train not the upper body, but the legs, because they get very little training, I prefer to work with the upper body.
Everyone says it's weird for a girl, and it's really a little weird, because girls usually like leg day, but I like top day. But my husband is the opposite, and this is also strange, but apparently we complement each other.
For now, I'm not focusing on any specific muscle group, working on all of them at once, because in any case, I only recently returned to training, and what you work on is good. For now it doesn't really matter. Today I also want to work on my back and pectoral muscles, for some reason I just can’t feel them properly.
Well, overall everything is fine, my vacation continues, and the results from my training are slowly appearing. I hope it stays like this in the future :)
