Double Triple Citra de Wood Brothers Brewing Co. (Esp-Eng)

Nueva cervecera, al menos para mí, que acabo de descubrir. Se trata de Wood Brothers Brewing Co. Desde Ontario, Canadá. Lejos quedan las primeras marcas de este país que descubrí hace ya tiempo: Collective Arts Brewing, LTM, Nickel Brook o la mítica Flying Monkeys. De las cuales ya no no suelo ver muchas cervezas. Eso sí, parece que una nueva generación de cerveceros canadienses resurge con fuerza: Bellwoods brewery, Third Monn Brewing Co. Badlands brewing Company o Brasserie Sir John. Todas ellas de una enorme calidad y a la altura de las mejores cerveceras americanas.
Pues bien, aquí os muestro otra cervecera nueva más. Y como todas sus cervezas sean como esta que os muestro, entra directa a mi top 10 de cerveceras americanas.

Una bomba de cerveza. Tiene esa densidad típica de las Double IPA, con todos los matices del lúpulo Citra muy marcados: Sabores cítricos , matices a pino y un amargor fuerte y persistente pero muy agradable.
El aroma es muy fresco y vuelve a recordar mucho a los cítricos.
La espuma es densa y persistente y te acompaña hasta el ultimo trago como si fuera un perro fiel. Excelente carbonatación.

New brewery, at least for me, that I just discovered. This is Wood Brothers Brewing Co. From Ontario, Canada. The first brands from this country that I discovered a long time ago are far away: Collective Arts Brewing, LTM, Nickel Brook or the legendary Flying Monkeys. Of which I don't usually see many beers anymore. Of course, it seems that a new generation of Canadian brewers is resurfacing strongly: Bellwoods brewery, Third Monn Brewing Co. Badlands brewing Company or Brasserie Sir John. All of them of enormous quality and on par with the best American breweries.
Well, here I show you another new brewery. And since all their beers are like the one I'm showing you, they go straight into my top 10 American breweries.

A beer bomb. It has that typical density of Double IPAs, with all the nuances of Citra hops very marked: Citrus flavors, pine nuances and a strong and persistent but very pleasant bitterness.
The aroma is very fresh and again very reminiscent of citrus.
The foam is dense and persistent and accompanies you until the last drink as if it were a faithful dog. Excellent carbonation.
