Última cerveza del pack que adquirí de esta cervecera americana que cada vez me gusta más. He probado ya bastantes cervezas suyas y todas rozan la excelencia. Si bien es cierto que solo he probado un estilo, las IPA, me consta que abordan con la misma maestría el resto de estilos. Una vez más y como normalmente apunto apunto cuando hablo de cervezas americanas, una pena su precio. Si ya de por sí es cara la cerveza artesana, traerla del otro lado del charco duplica su precio. Es algo desorbitado, sabiendo que estas latas cuestan menos de la mitad en su ciudad de origen.

Pero volviendo a la cerveza, una vez más destaca esa densidad y potencia de sabor. Maestría absoluta en la mezcla de sabores frutales, que en esta ocasión son muy intensos a cítricos y melón, con el potente amargor del lúpulo fruto de la ingente cantidad que lleva. No escatiman con el producto y los amantes de su sabor lo agradecemos. Es difícil conseguir que un lúpulo tan contundente como el Motueka quede por debajo del amargor. Pero estos chicos lo bordan.
El color es muy turbio, pero el aroma es capaz de tumbarte.
Un sobresaliente una vez más para The Veil.
Last beer in the pack that I acquired from this American brewery that I like more and more. I have already tried quite a few of their beers and they all border on excellence. Although it is true that I have only tried one style, the IPAs, I know that they approach the rest of the styles with the same mastery. Once again and as I normally point out when I talk about American beers, the price is a shame. If craft beer is already expensive, bringing it from the other side of the pond doubles its price. It is somewhat exorbitant, knowing that these cans cost less than half in their city of origin.

But returning to the beer, once again that density and power of flavor stands out. Absolute mastery in the mixture of fruit flavors, which on this occasion are very intense citrus and melon, with the powerful bitterness of hops resulting from the huge amount it contains. They do not skimp on the product and lovers of its flavor appreciate it. It is difficult to get a hop as strong as Motueka to stay below bitterness. But these guys nail it.
The color is very cloudy, but the aroma is capable of knocking you down.
An outstanding once again for The Veil.
