Actually, this day isn't celebrated in my place, and I accidently saw info about it, but nevertheless, families are the best we all have in our lives, so it's a great chance to congratulate all of you, guys!
And unfortunately, families are still under attacks of CPS and juvenile lobby.
Again news about new changes in one of our regions devoted to family control.
This time Irkutsk region is under attention.
In the Irkutsk region, children will be taken away for “low medical activity of their parents.”
I wonder- officials forget that:
- vaccination is still voluntary
- medical intervention is possible only with the consent of the person,
- and no one has canceled medical secrecy!

“preventing troubles in families” - what does it mean??
It's a hint to Article 77 of the Family Code, which allows children to be taken away (not by doctors!) in the event of an immediate threat to the life and health of the child.
The doc is addressed to doctors, but doctor can't take kids away! So is it about CPS? Why is it hidden then?
“immediate threat” seems to be described as, for example, “low medical activity of parents.”
But what does it mean?? And how to check it if there is medical secrecy and freedom of choice for vaccinations and other medical interventions?
“Family of high medical and social risk” is a new Irkutsk gradation of families and a neologism.
This doc is under attention of family activists now, and I'm happy to know it.
The head of this region will have many questions and explanations....
