Contacts of higher officials were posted anywhere, and people "attacked" them with mails and informing about this outrage.
One of the main steps was when the governer's wife paid attention to this case thanks to its loudness. She is involved into family problems of the region, so her voice has great meaning.

As the lawyer says it was the first case when CPS denied its court claim, not just lost according to the court decision, but in fact, there was no court session, because they had denied their claims!!
It means that definite pressure of society and family protection has HUGE power and makes CPS reject from their own claims! Even without the court!
