Touring the city
How beautiful and how difficult it is to be gastronomic when it comes to dinner. I love each of those occasions, I really enjoy them a lot and each one is a new experience even though I am going to eat at the same place but each dish is a new experience so it is not possible to get bored. Be careful, many think when we go to eat that I am the number one critic, they always look at me waiting for me to say something, but that is not the case. Every time I go to eat I enjoy it and in my heart I try to evaluate each bite and each presentation. See if the temperature is good or if it is at the point that seems best for that dish. But not as a critic of the place but as a learning experience. For me, going to have any type of gastronomic experience is a self-taught learning process where I immerse myself in the experience and let myself go, but I have flashes where I leave the experience, take mental notes, and return to it to continue enjoying.

Today I am going to show sautéed photos of different dishes, all very different with the particularity of each one of them and a review of the things that occurred to me at that moment or to be more honest, what I remember now about that moment and that plate. They saw that time makes memories lie a little. THE other day something similar happened to me with a girl I met and while speaking I told her that I am a foodie and she wanted to invite me to her house to have a wine, and she ended up confessing that she wanted to do it but she didn't dare because she wanted there to be something to eat but Since I didn't want to do something I didn't like, I thought it was a bad idea. Obviously I told him that I wanted to drink that wine at his house and he replied that I would love for him to make anything to eat, from a steak to a hot dog. I love to eat, and I enjoy it a lot. The truth is, I think that for one to be able to say that the food was ugly, it really has to be inedible and that is very difficult, when one does it with intention.

I love visiting restaurants and the different proposals they have to surprise me. For example, classic French cuisine is fun, there are special things in it, but surprises drive me crazy. I really like Asian food, they have such a wide selection that it is inexhaustible. Afterwards, Argentine food is beautiful, there are many things that in Argentina have many variables, and something that amuses me a lot is seeing the street food proposals that there are all over the world and whenever I go on a trip I sneak through the streets to see what There is something true about a restaurant and there is something similar about street food.

This breakfast is great. This is from the winery where I was recently, I am more into salty than sweet and in this case it is one of the best I have eaten in a long time and there you can only see the first part of what that place offered
You don't have to be a gastronomic to enjoy food. You don't have to know something to be able to give your opinion about it, what you do have to be is humble to give your opinion freely about the flavors, because there are no bad flavors, there are flavors!

De recorrida por la ciudad
Que hermoso y que difícil es ser gastronómico a la hora de ir a cenar. Me encanta cada una de esas ocasiones, realmente las disfruto mucho y cada una es una experiencia nueva aun, siendo que voy a comer al mismo lugar pero cada plato es una experiencia nueva entonces no es posible aburrirme. Ojo, muchos piensan cuando vamos a comer que yo soy el crítico número uno siempre me miran esperando que yo diga algo, pero no es así. Yo cada vez que voy a comer disfruto y en mis adentros trato de evaluar cada bocado, y cada presentación. Ver si la temperatura está buena o si está en el punto que me parece el mejor para ese platillo. Pero no a modo de crítico del lugar sino como un aprendizaje. Para mi ir a tener cualquier tipo de experiencia gastronómica es un aprendizaje de autodidacta en donde me inmersión en la experiencia y me dejo llevar pero tengo flashes en donde salgo de la experiencia tomó notas mentales y vuelvo a ella para seguir disfrutando.

Hoy voy a mostrar fotos salteadas de diferentes platos todos muy diferentes con la particularidad de cada uno de ellos y una reseña de las cosas que se me ocurrieron en ese momento o para ser más sincero, de lo que me acuerdo ahora de ese momento y de ese plato. Vieron que el tiempo hace que los recuerdos mientan un poco. EL otro dia me paso algo similar con una chica que conocí y hablando le conté que estoy gastronómico y me quería invitar a su casa a tomar un vino, y me terminó confesando que quería hacerlo pero no se atrevía porque quería que haya algo de comer pero como no quería hacer algo que no me gustara pensaba que era una mala idea. Obviamente le dije que quería tomar ese vino en su casa y le respondió que me encantaría que hiciera cualquier cosa de comer, desde un churrasco hasta un pancho. A mi me encanta comer, y disfruto mucho. La verdad yo pienso que para que uno pueda decir que la comida era fea, realmente tiene que ser incomible y eso es muy difícil, cuando uno lo hace con intención.

Me encanta recorrer los restaurantes y las diferentes propuestas que tiene para sorprenderme. Por ejemplo la cocina clásica, francesa es divertida, hay cosas especiales en ella, pero las sorpresas me vuelven loco. La comida asiática me gusta muchísimo, tienen una propuesta tan amplia que es inagotable. Después la comida Argentina es hermosa, hay muchas cosas que en Argentina tiene muchas variables, y algo que me divierte mucho es ver las propuestas de comida callejera que hay en todo el mundo y siempre que voy de viaje me escabullo por las calles para ver qué hay de cierto de un restaurante y que hay de similar en la comida callejera.

Este desayuno es genial. Esta es de la bodega donde estuve hace poco, soy más bien de lo salado que lo dulce y está en este caso es de los mejores que comi en mucho tiempo y ahi solo se ve la primer parte de lo que ese lugar ofrecia
No hay que ser gastronómico para disfrutar de la comida. No hay que saber de algo para poder opinar de ello, lo que sí hay que ser es humilde para opinar libremente por los sabores, porque no existen sabores malos, ¡existen los sabores!
