The DEC USDC LP is back to 108% APR on PKS which is good for the wider range i gave it as well. Once I get the main distribution reward pool to 1000 to start i will add a more concentrated LP to take advantage of a higher APR than 108% as well and put out of range positions 5-10% out to catch any swings. The dec will be used to fund a dec and PNS dist to land holders in the tract that meet x criteria. The PNS token is a meme token that is intertwined with Splinterlands created by Cryptoeater and will be launching its hard launch soon so I want to take some of the DEC and convert it to PNS to get more holders before the launch and hopefully it will rocket and be better than DEC for the time that I distribute it. For the first two months the DEC will be converted to PNS and then transferred to all eligible plots. I am working on a plot list of owners right now and there current PP and it looks like there are a few people that will qualify for distributions and a whole lot of empty plots or low pp plots which i hope the rewards will remedy so we all get more money as the more money in taxes the more money gets added to the grain LP and the DEC - USDC LP for ongoing distributions to eligible holders of plots in Rutherford 6. I also have some plots that I will sell if anyone wants to join. I will also accept a trade for certain cards I may need to increase my PP or a specific land plot, totem, or title that i can increase production with. If you buy into or trade into the tract plus meet the criteria or if you have alot of pp i may just give you the plot if its agreed for x period of time that a certain amount of pp is kept on the land with x boosts etc.
