I've been using IF for months now and really love how EASY it is. It's helping me break through a plateau also. I usually stop fasting between 11am and 1 pm and eat until 7pm-9pm. I'm surprised at how quickly I get full now, too. I think my stomach has shrunk from not having food in it all the time. I am so much more aware of my hunger signals and I appreciate food so much more. Thanks for your article!
