I learnt slightly about this when I treated the subject of fasting around 2015. It was a church thing but I could remember going over benefits like the stomach, cells and everything that delt with digestion, having to rest during those moments since you are giving your system a sort of break which on the norms, it gets few moments in a life time.
Then I also understood why water would just be better thing to go through the system during those period, since it contains no sort of chemical and all those sort of preservates
in juice.

So I guess this practice for no reason should be what everyone should get doing frequently not letting any month pass by without getting involved in this even if its once.
