This predator (and his dirtbag attorney) responses makes me so mad. Here is the story from CBS News.

According to the dirtbag attorney, Officer Jeff Payne "...plans to appeal a firing he considers unfair and over the top." And that officer Payne, "...would still be employed if the body camera footage hadn't generated so much attention and blown the events out of proportion."

So basically, they are blaming the fact that he got fired on the camera footage? Not his blatant abuse of power and assault on a fellow public servant.

What a douchebag.

His immediate supervisor, Lt. James Tracy was demoted to officer.

Nurse Wubbles attorney is expected to meet with city officials to discuss next steps that could include settlement talks.
Good.

So these guys have been on administrative leave this whole time and only one of them gets fired and the taxpayers will ultimately end up footing the bill.

Unbelievable,

Sort:

Nurse Alex Wubbels is a hero.

Her kidnapping and assault was a felony.

Just firing that piece of human excrement is not nearly enough. He should be put in prison along with every single "law" officer there because they are equally guilty because they did not stop it.

They were accomplices during the crime.

He was a 27 year veteran officer! How many other people had he victimized during that time and gotten away with it?

Not all cops are bad people but they all do bad things and most of them do not even realize who they are actually working for. It is not the people they serve and protect. That I guarantee.

People of America need to wake up to what is really going on. It goes way deeper than those puppets on the streets.

I cannot believe either of those guys got off that easy. If a nurse assaulted a cop they would have charges placed on them.
