Hello everyone my beautiful people of this talented community how are you today, I wish you good health and blessings as you know we come creating content that are part of our lives we come sharing with you an important part of our day to day so today I bring you some rich buns that we made on Mother's Day to share which I bring you the recipe for this rich preparation.
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg of ground beef already stewed.
1 kg of corn flour.
Oil and onoto or color.

Hola a todos mi gente bella de esta talentosa comunidad cómo se encuentran hoy, les deseo mucha salud y bendiciones como y saben venimos creando contenidos que son parte de nuestras vidas venimos compartiendo con ustedes parte importante de nuestro día a día por eso hoy les traigo unos ricos bollos pelones que realizamos el día de las madres para compartir las cuales les traigo la receta de esta rica preparación.

PREPARATION
Knead the flour as usual to make the arepas and take a small portion of dough and make a hole in the middle and incorporate in the hole about a tablespoon of ground meat to prepare them all and place them in a pot with hot oil to fry them little by little and turn them carefully 1 by 1, cover and put them to sweat until they are well cooked, let stand and serve.
These buns, called BOLLOS PELONES, which is how we identify them here in our country, are an easy and quick way to cook when you are gathered in large groups and enjoy this delicious dish.

PREPARACIÓN
Amasar la harina como es de costumbre para hacer las arepas y tomar una pequeña porción de masa y hacerle un hoyito en el medio e ir incorporando en el hoyito una cucharada aproximadamente de carme molida hacía irlos preparando todos para irlos colocando en una olla ya con el aceite caliente para irlo sofriendo poco a poco e irlos volteando con cuidado 1 a 1 tapar y poner a sudar hasta que estén bien cocidos dejar reposar y servir.
Estos bollos, llamados BOLLOS PELONES, que son como los identificamos aquí en nuestro país, son una manera fácil y rápida de cocinar a la hora de estar reunidos en grupos grandes y poder disfrutar de este rico plato.
