Hello Hive community, my name is Rachel Castellon Martinez, I am 21 years old and I am a veterinary student. I have been observing the ecosystem for some time now through other people's experiences and finding out how it works. I have realized that it is wonderful and the opportunities for knowledge and development are endless. The truth is that I liked it a lot so I didn't want to wait any longer and I decided to be part of it.
Soy una persona alegre, me encanta reírme aunque no lo hago todo el tiempo y solo con algunas personas. Puede que haya quien me considere un poco fría y difícil de tratar pero es que mi personalidad no es compatible con todos. Me considero amiga de mis amigos y no me gustan para nada las injusticias, siempre trato de ayudar. El baile y la música es algo que me gusta muchísimo, me ayuda a despejar y olvidarme que los problemas existen.
I am a cheerful person, I love to laugh although I do not do it all the time and only with some people. There may be some who consider me a little cold and difficult to deal with but my personality is not compatible with everyone. I consider myself a friend of my friends and I don't like injustice at all, I always try to help. Dancing and music is something that I like very much, it helps me to clear my mind and forget that problems exist.
Los animales son mi pasión, por eso decidí estudiar veterinaria. Es una carrera compleja pero la considero un reto, mucho estudio pero ahí sigo. Poder diagnosticar y curar a un animal que no sabe comunicarse contigo es algo increíble y que llena de satisfacción.
Animals are my passion, that's why I decided to study veterinary medicine. It is a complex career but I consider it a challenge, a lot of study but I am still there. To be able to diagnose and cure an animal that does not know how to communicate with you is something incredible and fulfilling.
Tengo dos perros que para mí son mis hijos, Coky y Puchi. Que puedo decirles de ellos, no les hace falta hablar. Con solo una mirada o un gesto que hagan me pueden llenar el día de alegrías, o de molestias también porque son increíbles. El caso es que el poder que tienen sobre mis sentimientos es grandísimo, no sé qué haría si me faltaran.
I have two dogs that for me are my children, Coky and Puchi. What can I tell you about them, they don't need to talk. With just a look or a gesture they make they can fill my day with joy, or with discomfort too because they are incredible. The fact is that the power they have over my feelings is huge, I don't know what I would do if they were missing.
Me considero una persona detallista. El trabajo con la cerámica y las manualidades en general es algo que me gusta practicar en mi tiempo libre. Pienso que sorprender a alguien con algo de tu propia creación y personalizado vale más que un regalo comprado. Así no estás dando solo un obsequio, estas regalando tú esfuerzo, dedicación y tiempo. Estas son cosas que muy pocas personas saben valorar, pero para mí valen mucho.
I consider myself a detail-oriented person. Working with ceramics and crafts in general is something I like to practice in my free time. I think that surprising someone with something of your own creation and personalized is worth more than a bought gift. So you are not just giving a gift, you are giving your effort, dedication and time. These are things that very few people know how to value, but for me they are worth a lot.
Soy fan número uno de las películas de terror, sin temor digo que son mis preferidas. Ese misterio y sensaciones que causan en mí al verlas no soy capaz de describirlas pero se que me gustan. Entre mis selecciones están Anabelle, El Conjuro, La Monja y la serie de videos de El Anti Podcast.
I am a number one fan of horror movies, without fear I say that they are my favorite. That mystery and sensations they cause in me when I see them I am not able to describe them but I know I like them. En ocasiones también me gusta ir a la playa con mis amistades, sentir la brisa del mar o ver las olas. Digamos que este es mi lugar neutro, lejos de la ciudad, ruido, problemas etc. Mi lugar perfecto para relajar, no pensar en nada y simplemente estar.

Desde pequeñita fui muy observadora sobre todo de las labores culinarias de mi abuela. Ella me enseño a cocinar y la base para utilizar los recursos disponibles para crear platos exquisitos. Con poco se puede hacer mucho y todo está en el empeño que le pongas demostrando que si se puede cocinar con “sazón amor”.
Since I was a little girl I was a keen observer of my grandmother's cooking. She taught me how to cook and the basis to use the available resources to create exquisite dishes. With little you can do a lot and everything is in the effort you put in showing that you can cook with “sazón amor”.
Disfruto muchísimo comer. Entre mis platos preferidos están la pizza de camarones, de bacon y hawaiana. Y nunca me pueden faltar las croquetas en esa combinación. No sé si podría estar toda la vida comiendo solo eso pero me gustaría probar a ver que tal.
I really enjoy eating. Among my favorite dishes are shrimp pizza, bacon pizza and Hawaiian pizza. And I can never go without croquettes in that combination. I don't know if I could go my whole life eating just that but I'd like to try it and see how it goes.
Entre mis bebidas preferidas esta la sangría, pero no puedo negar que me encanta probar todo tipo de cocteleria.
