List of Cuban businesses and ecosystem on the Web
Between trips and big changes that have come into my life I have had to delay some things. One of them is being able to have a list of several of the most important DApps on Hive on our website, as well as Cuban businesses that accept $HBD as a payment method.
Did you not know that @hivecuba already had a website? Read here about it.
There are things that need to be improved and I will do so quietly as much as possible. For now I think we are very close to having a good Landing Page. We have some businesses left to add and if you are reading this and you are one of them, you just have to contact me to see your business on our website. You even have a button in the list of businesses to contact me directly on Telegram.
I also need to add more DApps little by little, for now I focus on the most used social networks, but I think games should also be added (the popular ones at least). If you think something is missing, just let me know in the comments or in my Telegram private without any problem.
About the job offer
Everything is already decided about the person who will be working in the community and soon they will be able to know him from his own Hive account. It was not an easy process, because I am not used to reading resumes and doing interviews. I received around 10 resumes through many different channels and even from other countries, that is one of the advantages of being able to pay with HBD. From now on it only remains to give a little training, because it is a person who did not know much about Hive, but has what is necessary for the position.

Entre viajes y grandes cambios que han llegado a mi vida he tenido que retrasar algunas cosas. Una de ellas es poder tener un listado de varias de las DApps más importantes de Hive en nuestra web, así como los negocios cubanos que aceptan $HBD como método de pago.

Hay cosas que quedan por mejorar y lo iré haciendo sin mucho ruido en la medida de lo posible. Por ahora creo que estamos bien cerca de tener un buen Landing Page. Se nos quedan algunos negocios que añadir y si estás leyendo esto y eres uno de ellos, solo tienes que contactarme para ver tu negocio en nuestro sitio web. Incluso tienes un botón en el listado de los negocios para contactarme directo en Telegram.
También debo añadir más DApps poco a poco, por ahora me enfoque en las redes sociales más usadas, pero creo que los juegos también deberían añadirse (los populares al menos). Si piensas que esté faltando algo, solo déjamelo saber en los comentarios o en mi privado de Telegram sin ningún problema.
Sobre la oferta de trabajo
Ya está todo decidido sobre la persona que estará trabajando en la comunidad y pronto podrán conocerlo desde su propia cuenta de Hive. No fue un proceso sencillo, pues no estoy acostumbra a leer curriculums y hacer entrevistas. Recibí alrededor de 10 curriculums por muchas vías distintas e incluso de otros países, esa es una de las ventajas de poder pagar con HBD. A partir de ahora solo queda dar un poco de capacitación, pues es una persona que no conocía mucho de Hive, pero tiene lo necesario para la posición.

A ustedes por abrirse a un mundo nuevo pero que ha llegado para quedarse sin dudas.
Pienso que @mdrguez debería traer su emprendimiento a #HiveCuba. Tal vez ella no ha pensado en esto, pero hace muchas cosas chulas, de muy buen gusto y estoy segura que a no pocas personas les gustaría encargar trabajos y poder pagar con HBD.
