Para ser totalmente sincero con ustedes no soy de esas personas que les guste ir a un restaurante, soy más de esas personas que le encanta comer en casa, pero esto tiene toda una explicación. Mas de la mitad de mi vida viví en la ciudad de ¨Buenos¨¨Aires¨, y durante todo ese tiempo trabajé bajo ¨relación¨ de ¨pendencia¨ lejos de mi hogar, lo que hacía que constantemente estuviera almorzando o cenando fuera de casa. Una razón más que validad para que no me guste comer fuera de casa.

To be completely honest with you, I am not one of those people who likes to go to a restaurant, I am more of those people who loves to eat at home, but there is a whole explanation for this. One more valid reason why I don't like eating out of home.
Durante muchos años trabaje en la zona más céntrica de ¨Bs¨¨As¨ , y uno de mis trabajos quedaba por la calle ¨Talcahuano¨, y unas pocas cuadras de allí había un lugar llamado ¨El cuartito¨: en esa época el dueño se relacionaba directamente con los clientes, y para los empleados de nuestra compañía tenía un trato especial, dado que pocas empresas de la zona tenían más de cien empleados que visitaban su local dos veces al día, esta relación hacia que hicieran menú exclusivamente para nosotros, una manera de no extrañar tanto la comida de casa.

Haber pasado tanto tiempo comiendo fuera de casa y lejos de mis seres queridos, prometí que de poder, jamás volvería a comer afuera; lo que hizo que al regresar a Corrientes, mi ciudad natal, cumpliera esa promesa de comer siempre en casa, y muy pocas ves salimos a comer a fuera, salvo cuando andamos de paseo por el centro de la ciudad, paramos en una pizzería que hacen unas variedades de pizzas exquisitas, llamado ¨Pizza Hot¨: , además, es el lugar preferido de mi nieta @Abihive

Coincido con vos que es mucho más lindo reunirse a comer en casa que salir a un restaurante, ya que allí no hay tiempos, ni mozos que nos apuren para desocupar las mesas.
Aún así me gusta salir de tanto en tanto a un pequeño parador que se encuentra alejado de la ciudad y muy cerquita de un arroyo. En varias ocasiones que fuimos a cenar se acercaron a nosotros una familia de carpinchos.
Hay quienes prefieren sentarse y que los atiendan y otros que disfrutamos más de una rica cena con lindas charlas en el calor de un hogar.

Thank you for your entry in this week's #memoirmonday my friend! During the pandemic we noticed with felt healthier when we ate at home. Now the restaurants have raised their prices so much and cut the portion sizes so we're eating out less and less.
