As I told in my last blog that how two pigeons made a nest on the ceiling of our balcony where sparrows already live. There are sparrows' nests on the ceiling of both our balconies.

Two weeks ago, at 5 in the morning, there was a very loud sound of birds chirping coming from my balcony. Normally I know that she keeps chirping throughout the day but this chirping was not like everyday.

I went to the balcony and all the birds flew quickly, and I saw that among all the birds there were two big birds that I had never seen before. Now after looking a little more, I understood that the new birds want to take over the old birds' houses, that is why there is so much noise. Initially we thought that the sparrow would save its nest on its own but the other bird is a little bigger. One day the new bird brought the back part of the snake and kept it in our balcony, then from then on we started driving away the new birds, but it used to go away. We gave up this attempt after losing our courage and in the meantime the birds which use to live there regained their nest from the big birds.

Now the big birds live on the balcony of the second floor which is right above our house and our old birdie got her nest back and everyone is now living happily ever after. I even covered the ceiling now with therma coal from 3 sides and left one open for them to go out and come back easily.

They bring out a different type of serenity into our lives, the early morning chirping everyday make me realize to enjoy the nature and its blissful to hear...

Helping the Sparrows save their home from what looks to be Indian Myna birds you have done yourself a favour in the long run. Sparrows are happy close to humans, bring lots of joy in quiet song, Myna birds are loud tend to invite a lot more in if there are trees close by.

@tipu curate
