Today morning I give her the second mouse. This time a living mouse. I held the mouse by his/her tail, and my female Harris's hawk quickly grabbed it, and she started eating it.
In the afternoon I gave chicken liver to her. She ate it from my hand and from the glove too.
Shortly after eating the liver, she cleaned her beak into my hand and into my face. This is a sign of trust. I am very happy.
I took these photos yesterday (on 2024.05.11) evening.
