Last weekend we were celebrating Mother's Day, so at home we held a small family celebration which I already shared with you in previous posts, however I had not had the opportunity to buy my mother a gift. My brothers, as well as myself, decided to give her the gift in cash so that she could buy exactly what she needed for this moment and thus not give her something unnecessary.
But due to the country's situation we know that when we give mom a cash gift and she needs something at home, she tends to spend what she has saved to solve at home, however we wanted her to be able to buy personal things that she needed for this moment for So this very day, Monday, we went out to take a small tour of the commercial city of Juan Grecia, Margarita Island, Venezuela, to buy whatever she wanted.
I decided to accompany her with my little girl since this would not serve as a girls' outing. After taking a tour, my mother managed to buy several things, including underwear, sandals, with jeans, a pair of shorts and a couple of blouses, as well as some things. for your personal care.
After making the purchases she wanted, we decided to stop by an ice cream parlor located in the Río supermarket, which is a super large store that, apart from selling groceries and vegetables, also has a cafeteria, bakery and restaurant, all very beautiful and luxurious. .
And it was here that we headed to the ice cream refrigerator to decide what to buy to share together. My little girl had already decided that she wanted an ice cream with a spoon and that it was chocolate. So we decided to buy three ice cream cups and we headed to the part of the restaurant to share at the tables that it offers us in a super pleasant atmosphere and with very good service.
The three of us enjoyed a delicious ice cream with three flavors of shortbread, strawberry and chocolate, which in addition to being very delicious was also very economical since each of them cost $0.75.
There we sat, shared and enjoyed together for a while, and I felt super excited and happy to share this moment with my mother and my little girl, as well as having pleased my mother who was able to acquire some of the things she needed.
Then we decided to buy bread and juice to get home for dinner and so my dear friends spent a very pleasant and different afternoon celebrating my mother, one of the most important beings in my life.
